Description : Mercury Rev grew up in NYC sometime around the end of the eighties. The band have attempted to morph and change their style over the last 20 or so years, always outputting albums that are a little different from those that went before. Mercury Rev has just finished recording their newest long-play entitled "Snowflake Midnight" which will be on general release on September 29, 2008. They play an intimite gig at Madrid's Joy Eslava venue, which is a good location in which to catch them in concert. Recommended.
